The deduction of 0.2C gram capacity is 162mAh/g, the 0.5C gram capacity is 158mAh/g, the full battery 1C gram capacity can reach 145mAh/g, the ultimate compaction can reach 2.6g/cm3, and the compaction can reach 2.4-2.5g. /cm3.
